The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing diet food which is excellent in an effect of reducing body fat while improving deterioration of intestinal functions, lack of nutritional intakes, fatigues, and others through imbalance of disproportion of human body balance caused by diet. The present invention relates to a method for producing a body fat-reducing diet food which is produced by forming a mixture of a bark powder of Plantago ovata or Plantago spp., an extract of Garcinia cambogia, an extract powder of Oriental raisin tree, hydroxy methylcellulose, and malt powder or kelp powder into the form of a pill, the body fat-reducing diet food produced by the method, and an obesity preventing or improving health functional food containing a mixture of a bark powder of Plantago ovata or Plantago spp., an extract of Garcinia cambogia, an extract powder of Oriental raisin tree, hydroxy methylcellulose, and malt powder or kelp powder as active ingredients. |
