The present invention relates to a recumbent bike combined with a hand bike. The present invention comprises: a main frame of which the rear side is combined with a rear wheel, and of which the upper part includes a chair, a steering unit placed in a predetermined front position of the main frame, and of which both sides are combined with a pair of front wheels; a conversion shaft of which an end is combined with a hinge part combined with a front end of the main frame to be rotatable and of which the other end includes a pedal; and a power delivery member comprising a first chain connecting a passive sprocket in the rear wheel with a first idle sprocket combined with a hinge shaft of the hinge part and a second chain connecting an operation sprocket combined with the conversion shaft to be rotated by the rotation of the pedal with a second idle sprocket combined with the hinge shaft of the hinge part by staying away from the first idle sprocket at an equal distance. Therefore, the present invention is capable of allowing a user to operate an operating part by selectively using a hand or foot.
