According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for managing an online community using talent donation comprises the steps of: collecting human resource information, interest information, and talent information from a plurality of members of the online community; classifying and storing the collected human resource information, interest information, and talent information; transmitting talent donation information including the talent information to a talent donation benefit member of the online community; receiving the selection of a talent donation providing member of the online community from the talent donation benefit member; transmitting talent donation request information to the talent donation providing member; transmitting talent donation evaluation request information for evaluating talent donation results of the talent donation providing member to the talent donation benefit member; receiving talent donation evaluation result information from the talent donation benefit member; and paying the talent donation providing member a compensation based on the talent donation evaluation result information. According to the present invention, the method for managing an online community using talent donation can provide a method for activating an online community managed by an online community manager through an increase in the number of subscribers and the activities of the subscribes from a point of view of the online community manager and a method for socially activating talent donation by providing more chances of talent donation by connecting a party providing talent donation to a party receiving a benefit for talent donation in the society from a point of view of public interest. |
