PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing collision risk between satellites and space debris are provided to prevent satellites from being collided with space debris by correcting the orbits of the satellites in driving while estimating the orbits of the space debris. CONSTITUTION: A system for managing collision risk between satellites and space debris comprises an orbit estimating part(151), an probability calculating part(152), and a startup analyzing part(153). The orbit estimating part estimates the orbits of space debris based on the information on the orbits where the space debris moved and estimates the orbits of satellites based on the information on the orbits where the satellites moved. The probability calculating part calculates the collision probability between the space debris and the satellites based on the orbits of the space debris and the satellites estimated in the orbit estimating part. The startup analyzing part controls the orbits of the satellites based on the collision probability calculated in the probability calculating part. |
