MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF PILLAR GARNISH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely suppress a situation that a clearance is formed between a pillar garnish and an instrument panel.SOLUTION: A pillar garnish 50 includes: a garnish body section 51 formed into a planar shape; and a claw section 71 which is formed at a lower end section and a vehicle rear end section of the garnish body section 51 so as to lock an upper end section 23 of a lower hood member 20 from the cabin outside. At least a part of the lower end section of the garnish body section 51 is made as a locking section 55 for locking the upper end section 23 of the lower hood member 20 from the cabin inside. The claw section 71 includes a base end section 72 extending from a lower surface 51A of the garnish body section 51 to the cabin outside and a tip section 73 which extends downward from the base end section 72 so as to lock the upper end section 23 of the lower hood member 20 from the cabin outside. A notch section 22A into which the base end section 72 is fitted is formed at each of the upper end section 23 and a vehicle rear end section of the lower hood member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
