This invention relates to a ventilator that operates without the need of commercial electric power source, thereby offering economical operation and effective use despite the lack of power or an occurrence of power outage in the area. The ventilator comprises a hollow circular body having aclosed top and an open bottom, a plurality of radially arranged vanes being provided within the hollow circular body, an ogee ors-shaped wind vane being superimposed on the closed top of said circular body, and a'channelled ring being concentrically provided below said hollow circular body. |
