PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure suppressing electrical interference between a pixel electrode and source wiring, and further the pixel electrode and a TFT.SOLUTION: A display device comprises: a thin-film transistor; a first interlayer insulating film formed on an active layer, a gate insulating film, and a gate electrode of the thin-film transistor; source wiring and a drain electrode formed on the first interlayer insulating film and connected to the active layer; a second interlayer insulating film formed on the source wiring and the drain electrode; a conductive film for electromagnetic shielding formed on the second interlayer insulating film; a third interlayer insulating film formed on the conductive film; and a pixel electrode formed on the third interlayer insulating film and connected to the drain electrode. The conductive film is provided between the source wiring and the pixel electrode. |
