PURPOSE: A gooseneck vent having a coaming function and an installation method thereof are provided to facilitate site construction and correction work by removing a welding work in a yard when the gooseneck vent is installed. CONSTITUTION: In a gooseneck vent(1) having a coaming function, coaming(2) and drain plug are integrated in the gooseneck vent. The gooseneck vent is installed by integrating the coaming and the drain plug.
