PURPOSE: A packaging cap for a container having a floral decoration function is provided to improve the visual perfection of general food products by including floral foam for supplying moisture to an existing container, and a flower decoration. CONSTITUTION: A packaging cap for a container having a floral decoration function includes a flower fixing unit(20), a floral foam fixing unit(30), flowers(10), a container fixing unit(40), and a container unit(50). The flower fixing unit has a spout shape of a vase, and is for inserting and fixing the flowers. The floral foam fixing unit is capable of being combined to and separated from the flower fixing unit, and includes a mounting space for mounting floral foam(60) supplying moisture to the flowers by opening the upper side.
