PURPOSE: A wire-rod coil cooling device is provided to prevent non-uniform ventilation of an axial blower installed in the lower part of a cooling zone when transferring and cooling a high-carbon steel wire-rod coil. CONSTITUTION: A wire-rod coil cooling de comprises a blowing duct unit(130) and a nozzle unit(170). The blowing duct unit is arranged corresponding to a transfer path of a wire-rod coil, which is transferred from a roller conveyor, and cools the wire-rod coil. The nozzle unit is installed in the blowing duct unit. Blowing openings(172) of the nozzle unit are arranged between transfer rollers(42) of the roller conveyor.
