PURPOSE: An electric striker is provided to prevent a flame and diffusion and minimize the damage for human and property by operating even in a power cut. CONSTITUTION: A plate(10) forms a dead bolt entering hole(11). A driving part(20) comprises a cam housing, a forward-reverse motor(22), and a dead cam(24). A cam housing is fixed to the rear surface of a plate. A forward-reverse motor is fixed inside of a cam housing. A dead cam is connected to a motor, is rotated to the forward or reverse direction by the power of a forward-reverse motor, and forms a dead arm. A dead bolt(30) is located in the dead bolt entering hole and is entered from the dead bolt entering hole. A dead bolt is protruded respectively in the outer surface of one end and forms a first hooking piece and a second hooking piece. A dead bolt housing(40) forms a dead bolt leading-in hole which a dead bolt is led in at the center and forms a hooking piece leading-in hole which the first hooking piece and second hooking piece of a dead bolt are led in.
