A bicycle security device consisting of a GPS tracking device and a locating tube integrated within a bicycle headset top cap. The GPS location tube has a conventional appearing upper cap to allow an unimpeded signal for an antenna. A separate bottom cap being located at the lower end of the tube. A securing bolt extending downward from said bottom cap and wholly out of the location tube engages with a deformable star nut to locate the GPS locating tube with the bicycle fork tube. As no headset bolt passes through the upper cap and the global positioning tracker device there is more room to package the device and allow better positioning for an antenna aerial. Should a thief steal the bicycle, the device will activate and notify the owner of the bicycle theft. It will transmit its GPS coordinates allowing the owner to locate their bicycle.
