PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of detecting a combustion state in a combustion chamber and controlling the operating condition of an internal combustion engine according to the combustion state in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device 100 includes a control part 106b for controlling the operating condition of an internal combustion engine 1 so that a first temperature TCC and a second temperature TCCTQ correspond to each other according to a difference TCCDIGD between the first temperature TCC corresponding to the wall surface temperature of a combustion chamber 9 of the internal combustion engine 1 and the second temperature TCCTQ corresponding to the assumed wall surface temperature of the combustion chamber 9 of the internal combustion engine 1, calculated from the instantaneous torque of the internal combustion engine 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
