PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remover of an oyster outer shell protrusion which facilitates work thereby reduces a worker's burden and can remove a protrusion formed on an outer shell of an oyster.SOLUTION: The remover of an oyster outer shell protrusion includes: a storage tank 10 capable of storing sea water, etc.; a storage container 20 supported by a rotation shaft and storing an oyster between an immersion position and a take-out position; and a nozzle 30 arranged on a bottom part of the storage tank and capable of jetting gas-liquid-mixed water into the storage container. The storage container includes: a curved face part 21 curved and extended upward from an upper side position of the nozzle toward one side in a right/left direction; a plane face part 23 extended upward from an upper side position of the nozzle; a pair of side face parts 25 continuing between both end parts in a width direction of the curved face part and plane face part; and an opening 27 surrounded by respective upper end parts of the face parts. Plural holes 26a capable of discharging the sea water, etc. in the storage container into the storage tank are arranged on the face parts. The nozzle jets the gas-liquid-mixed water in a layer flow state containing many turbulent flows, upward along an inner face of the curved face part of the storage container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
