PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to securely aggregate objects to be cultured such as cells in culture solution, and to take out an aggregate easily.SOLUTION: A pocket member 20 for culture has a pocket chamber 20a which houses culture solution, and a fine hole 23c formed on a bottom surface 23a. An inner peripheral surface of the pocket chamber 20a includes an inner peripheral smooth curved surface part 25 which extends such that its diameter becomes smaller toward the bottom surface 23a and is smooth over the whole area. A lower end part of the inner peripheral smooth curved surface part 25 crosses the bottom surface 23a, and is continuous to the fine hole 23c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
