PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to easily mount a dustproof filter at a normal position to a body case accommodating an air pump, in an air pump device including the air pump compressing air flowing therein from an air intake port and delivering the compressed air from an air outlet, and the dustproof filter through which the air flowing to the air intake port passes, in particular, to provide a pump device as a water supply device of an automatic ice-making device in which a main tank portion for storing ice-making water and a measurement tank portion for storing the ice-making water of a predetermined amount to be supplied to an ice tray are defined and formed in a water storage container, and the ice-making water is pushed out from the measurement tank portion by the compressed air supplied from the pump device.SOLUTION: An air pump device has: a body case opened at its top face and a back face, and accommodating an air pump; a back plate closing the rear face of the body case; and a filter holding portion for holding a dustproof filter on an upper end portion of the back plate.
