The present invention provides a testing kit for detecting aquatic animal virus and a method thereof. The method uses a magnetic immunoassay analyzer to detect immunomagnetic reduction (IMR) signal of magnetic nanoparticles bounded with aquatic animal virus antibody. The method further determines the virus concentration in an aquatic animal through a logistic function, and ascertains if the aquatic animal to be infected. |
