PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble release agent capable of sufficiently suppressing seizure, a method for producing the same and a device for producing such a water-soluble release agent.SOLUTION: A water-soluble release agent includes: water as a solvent; a silicon compound dissolved in the water as the solvent; and a second metal compound being an oxide (except CaO) of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Ba and Al, a hydroxide or a carbonate and being dissolved in the water as the solvent. The water-soluble release agent is produced by dissolving the second metal compound being an oxide (except CaO) of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Ba and Al, a hydroxide or a carbonate in a silicon compound dispersion aqueous solution supplied in a release agent tank. |
