PURPOSE: A horizontal type wet electrostatic precipitator for processing exhaust in a glass wool production factory is provided to facilitate cleaning of dust collecting plates. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal type wet electrostatic precipitator(8) for processing exhaust in a glass wool production factory comprises a dust collecting structure, a plurality of dust collecting chambers(80), a perforated plate(85), a second wash water supplying tool, insulator boxes(81), and an air purge unit(810). The dust collecting structure has a gas inlet (8a) and a gas outlet (8b). The plurality of dust chambers is installed by being horizontally distanced inside the dust collecting structure.
