PURPOSE: A jack-up platform with a detachable spud can and a method for attaching and detaching the spud can to the jack-up platform are provided to improve work convenience and the durability of equipment for attaching and detaching. CONSTITUTION: A jack-up platform(100) with a detachable spud can comprise a support leg(110), a spud can(200), and a plurality of detaching/attaching devices. The support leg supports the jack-up platform, and comprises a hollow portion inside. The spud can accommodate the lower part of the support leg, and settles the support leg on a seafloor. The plurality of detaching/attaching devices attaches and detaches the spud can to the support leg.
