PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalized film divided into a plurality of segments by non-deposition slits having a fuse part, the metalized film being made uniform in current density and high in loss reduction effect.SOLUTION: A metalized film 10 comprises a dielectric film 1 and a metal deposition film 2 formed on one side thereof. The metal deposition film 2 has a plurality of wavy non-deposition slits 5 in which an arc-shaped first non-deposition slit 3 alternates with an arc-shaped second non-deposition slit 4 smaller in radius of the arc than that of the first non-deposition slit 3. If the radius of the arc of the first non-deposition slit 3 is R(mm), and the radius of the arc of the second non-deposition slit 4 is R(mm), the following two relational expressions are satisfied: R/R≥60; and R/ R≤0.5(mm). A fuse part 6, which is a deposition part, is formed in a certain point of the first non-deposition slit 3. |
