<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allochroic coating liquid capable of forming a coating film in which color tone by low refractive index pigment is visually recognized in the dry state and a metal luster color by a transparent metal luster pigment is visually recognized in the liquid absorption state, and the allochroic coating liquid with high commodity value enriched with decoration property and unexpected property in which the metal luster color is not visually recognized in the dry state. <P>SOLUTION: The allochroic coating liquid capable of being used for a coating and a printing ink comprises at least the low refractive index pigment, the transparent metal luster pigment in which a core substance selected from synthetic mica, glass and alumina is covered by a metal oxide, a resin, and a liquid medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
