摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saved air-conditioning control device and an air-conditioning control method. <P>SOLUTION: A dehumidification determining section of an outside conditioner control device 14 determines whether one of indoor units 11a-11c and an outside conditioner 13 is excessively dehumidified or not in dehumidifying one of the indoor units 11a-11c and the outside conditioner 13. When the outside conditioner 13 is excessively dehumidified, the dehumidification determining section of the outside conditioner control device 14 gives an instruction to lower an outside conditioner air supply temperature, that is, to increase an air supply temperature from the outside conditioner 13, to a parameter changing section of the outside conditioner control device 14. When the indoor units 11a-11c are excessively dehumidified, the dehumidification determining section of the outside conditioner control device 14 gives an instruction to raise the outside conditioner air supply temperature, that is, to lower the air supply temperature from the outside conditioner 13 to the parameter changing section 6 of the outside conditioner control device 14.
