PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a highly reliable electronic device by enabling bandgap engineering of carbon, thereby achieving a variety of electronics.SOLUTION: The electronic device has a single layer of graphene film 1, and a pair of electrodes 2, 3 provided at both ends of the graphene film 1. In the region between the electrodes 2, 3 of the graphene film 1, the central region between B and C is a first region 1a where a plurality of anti-dots 10 are formed, and the regions between A and B, and between C and D on both sides of the first region 1a are second regions 1b where the anti-dot is not formed. |
