METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING IN UPLINK FOR CONSTITUTING RETURN CHANNEL

An uplink transmission method for a return channel configuration is disclosed. The method selects modulation capable of maximizing a data transmission amount of the entire system in consideration of an oversampled side-lobe interference type occurring in an adjacent channel due to a feature of an FBMC in a return channel. The method inserts the return channel into a protection band allocated by existing broadcast standards to increase an additional data transmission amount of an uplink.
