PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device and an image forming device capable of restricting disadvantages that may occur due to speed variation of a driven rotating member caused by speed variation in one rotational period of a first rotating member.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a driving device 100 comprising a driving source 120 for outputting a rotational driving force; the first rotating member 160 having an internal gear 160a and a first external gear 160b coaxially arranged and rotatable around a first rotating shaft 150; a driving output gear 120a arranged at an output shaft of the driving source and engaged with the internal gear; and a second rotating member 170 rotatable around a second rotating shaft 180 and having a second external gear 170a engaged with the first external gear. The rotating drive force is transmitted through the second rotating member to a driven rotating member 2 to rotate and drive the driven rotating member. The diameter of the first rotating member is smaller than the diameter of the second rotating member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
