PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser scanning device that captures an image without increasing burdens of a subject and the like even when irregularity occurs.SOLUTION: A laser scanning device has: laser light source that irradiates laser light; main scanning direction scan means that deflects the laser light in the main scanning direction; a sub-scanning direction scan means that deflects the laser light in a vertical direction with respect to the main scanning direction; image acquisition means that constitutes an image by acquiring image data from reflection light from an object, which is obtained by causing the scan means to two-dimensionally scan the laser light over the object; and control means that controls the two-dimensional scanning of the laser light and a configuration of the image constituted by the image acquisition means. In the laser scanning device, disposed are: irregularity detection means that detects a plurality of irregularities arising upon acquisition of the image data; and automatic recovery determination means that, when at least one of the plurality of irregularities is detected by the irregularity detection means, determines the irregularity, and makes a determination whether at least one of a plurality of automatic recovery sequences for resuming the acquisition of the image data is executed in accordance with the determined irregularity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
