PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which can be prevented from doing erroneous detection caused by internal reflected light.SOLUTION: An optical device 100 is provided that has: a light source 101 emitting a luminous flux L1; a deflection part 20 which turns around a prescribed driving shaft for scanning the luminous flux L1 in a deflected manner; a transmission part 30 which is arranged on a scanning path of scanning light L2 deflected by the deflection part 20 and can transmit the scanning light L2; a light detection part 108 for detecting detection light L3 which is the scanning light L2 reflected by an object P to be detected; and a light quantity restriction part 31 which is formed integrally with the transmission part 30 on a periphery of the transmission part 30. When the internal reflected light L4 of the scanning light L2 made incident on the transmission part 30 is emitted to the light detection part side, the light quantity restriction part 31 makes intensity of the internal reflected light L4 smaller than the detection light L3 by internally reflecting the scanning light L2 inside the light quantity restriction part 31 two or more times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
