摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing bean curd is provided to improve the taste and nutritional value of bean curd and to remove the fishy smell from beans by heating soymilk through mica in a vacuum condition to absorb harmful substances. CONSTITUTION: A heating cylinder(10) comprises a mica element coating layer(14) on the inner wall for removing the fishy smell of heated soymilk, and a mixer(15) for mixing the heated soymilk. Soymilk is heated by a heating wire(13). A cooling dome(20) is connected to the lower part of the heating cylinder so that the heated soymilk indirectly interchanges the cooling water. The cooling dome is equipped with an impeller(25) in the lower part for cooling the soymilk. A coagulation cask(30) is connected to the lower part of the cooling dome and inputs a coagulating agent into the cooled soymilk. A packing device(40) is connected to the downstream of the coagulation cask and collects bean curd on laminated trays. A upper plate(16) is equipped with a through-hole(16a) so that the soymilk in the lower part is able to flow in. A guide plate(17a) introduces the jet of flowed-in soymilk. A lower plate(17) is formed with injection holes(17b) for spouting flowed-in soymilk to the lower part.
