摘要 A method for manufacturing a polyamide multi-filament yarn for splitting into mono-filaments is provided to have the excellent color fastness and to prevent the twist of the yarn from generating. An aromatic diamine compound as a modifying agent for enhancing the dye attaching property of 0.2 to 0.8 is added into the epsilon-caprolactam of 100 wt% in a polymerization process. Thereafter, magnesium compound and organic copper compound of below 50ppm, respectively, as the second compound are added and polymerized. Thereafter, the extraction and dry processes are performed so that a modified polyamide 6 polymer with the sulfuric acid relative viscosity of 2.5-3.0 and amine end content of 60-90 meq/kg is obtained and used. The modified polyamide is melted, spun and drafted and wound so that the polyamide multi-filament yarn is manufactured. The turn directions of the first and second godet rollers are opposite to each other. The winding speed is 2500-5000m/min and the fineness of the mono-filament is 10-50 denier and the total fineness is 50-300 denier.
