PURPOSE: A position adjusting device of a saddle is provided to variously control the height of a saddle and the distance with a saddle by using a height adjusting pipe and a sliding unit. CONSTITUTION: A position adjusting device of a saddle comprises a sliding unit(100), a height adjusting pipe(200), a first fixing unit(300), and a second fixing unit(400). The sliding unit slides along the inclined frame of a bicycle. The height control pipe consists of a hollow shape and is formed to a hollow shape. The first fixing member fixes the sliding unit to the inclined frame. The second fixing unit fixes the saddle to the height adjusting pipe. The sliding unit consists of a first clamp(110), and a second clamp(120). The fixing unit comprises a saddle clamp(410), a volt(420), and a nut(430).
