PURPOSE: A handpiece for operating lipolysis is provided to effectively activate lipolysis by compositively applying treatment frequency. CONSTITUTION: A handpiece for operating lipolysis comprises a handpiece main body(110) which is formed with a handle on one side, a head unit(120) which is installed in the handpiece main body, an ultrasonic probe(130) which is installed in the holder of the head unit, a high frequency electrode(140) which is installed in the front of the holder, a low frequency electrode(150) which is arranged to cross the high frequency electrode, a high frequency roller electrode(160) which is pivotally installed in the front of the head unit, a suction unit(170), an irradiation unit(180), a control unit, and a switch for controlling power supply.
