PURPOSE: A dehydration and drying system for constructional sludge is provided to dispose or reuse enriched sludge by separating moisture from the sludge and drying the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A dehydration and drying system for constructional sludge includes a dehydration unit(100) and a drying unit(200). The dehydration unit includes an outer part, a dehydrating part, a moisture draining part, and a transferring pipe. The outer part is a body with an inlet and an outlet. The dehydrating part has a dehydrating screen net, a transferring screw, and a motor. The dehydrating screen net is inserted into the body, and is in the shape of a tubular mesh net with an inlet and an outlet. The transferring screw transfers and dehydrates sludge. The motor rotates the transferring screw. The moisture draining part is formed in the body. The transferring pipe is connected to the outlet and transfers sludge to the drying unit. The drying unit includes a storing container, a transferring conveyor, and a drying part. The storing container stores primarily enriched sludge. The transferring conveyor is formed at the lower part of the storing container. The drying part forms secondarily enriched sludge by dehydrating and drying the primarily enriched sludge. |
