摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for bamboo stick rice is provided to use standardized bamboo casks with uniform size and to manufacture bamboo stick rice with various food materials by inserting a bamboo tube into a standard cask and filling the bamboo tube with washed rice and mixed grains. CONSTITUTION: Bamboo with the inside diameter of 2-4 cm is cut off at the joint part. A bamboo tube(10) is pared from the surface until the thickness of the cut bamboo is 1-2 mm. The bamboo tube is washed and frozen after the surface of the bamboo tube is sanded. A small piece of the longitudinal surface(20) of the bamboo tube is cut away so that the bamboo tube is formed to be regular. The cut bamboo tube is inserted in a standard cask(30), and the protruded portion is cut off to standardize the bamboo tube. The center of the standardized bamboo tube is perforated with a dotted-line type perforation(12). The bamboo tube is inserted into the standard cask where the bottom is supported by a basal stopper(44). Washed rice or mixed grains fill the bamboo tube which is inserted into the standard cask. After a center insertion bar(42) is inserted in the middle of the standard cask, the bamboo tube is covered with a lid(40) on top and steamed in a steamer. After the lid and the center insertion bar are removed, spice is inserted into the central void and the lid is replaced to manufacture the bamboo stick rice. The bamboo stick rice is packed. The standard cask is made of one selected from stainless steel, ceramic, plastic material, and wooden material. Bamboo oil is introduced to the inside of the bamboo rice from the manufactured bamboo container.
