PURPOSE: A vibration reducing device is provided to have a simple structure by connecting a first rotary shaft and a first vibration reducing part arranged in a motor. CONSTITUTION: A vibration reducing device comprises an outer case(110), a motor(120), and a second rotary shaft(146). The motor is arranged in the outside of the outer case and rotates a first rotary shaft(122) protruded to the inner side of the outer case. The outer circumference of the first rotary shaft is connected to a first unbalanced mass part and one end of the first rotary shaft is connected to a first gear. The second rotary shaft is arranged inside the outer case. In order to reversely rotate the second rotary shaft when the first gear rotates, the second gear is engaged with the first gear and a second unbalanced mass part is connected to the outer circumference of the second rotary shaft.
