PURPOSE: A multicast data transmission method and a device using the same are provided for M2M(Machine to Machine) to reliably transmit multicast data while considering usefulness of radio resource. CONSTITUTION: A connection setup part(820) receives change of transmission method from multicast to unicast from at least one terminal. The connection setup part sets up at least one connection from one terminal. A reception error is detected in at least one terminal of multiple terminals in the same group. A transmission part(830) transmits multicast data based on finally received data to at least one terminal via the unicast connection to at least one terminal.
