PURPOSE: A food composition including mixed grains for increasing endurance, and health functional food including thereof are provided to enable users to improve the ability to maintain the exercising state. CONSTITUTION: A food composition including mixed grains for increasing endurance comprises 60-80wt% of glutinous barley, 5-15wt% of yellow beans, 5-15wt% of peanut, and 5-15wt% of corn germ. Health functional food includes the food composition as an active ingredient. |
