PURPOSE: A cooking utensil for a microwave oven and a crispy cooking method thereof are provided to evenly cook food by letting the air circulate around multiple legs arranged at the lower part of the upper surface of the cooking utensil body. CONSTITUTION: A cooking utensil(100) for a microwave oven comprises a cooking plane and a supporting device. The cooking plane made of silicone to be elastic plane maintained by tension, and includes multiple holes(112). The supporting apparatus having the bent peripheral unit(140) is arranged around the circumferential surface of the cooking plane by extending and maintaining the cooking plane with tension, and support the cooking plane with space from the ground. The cooking plane is made only of silicone. The cooking plane of silicone is formed with 0.5-2.0mm in thickness. The cooking plane maintains materially flatness with enough tension.
