A method and a system for providing an automatic incoming call connecting service are provided to set a path for communication with a receiving terminal automatically without repeatedly reattempting a call connection after terminating call attempt even when the receiving terminal to which the transmitting terminal requests a call is in a busy state. A receiving PBX(Private Branch eXchange)(200) confirms a state of a receiving terminal(20) to which a transmitting PBX(100) requests routing. If the receiving terminal is in a busy or idle state, the receiving PBX triggers call to a service control system(300). The service control system requests to the receiving PBX to monitor the state of the receiving terminal. The receiving PBX monitors the state of the receiving terminal according to the request of the service control system. If the state of the receiving terminal is changed, the receiving PBX informs the service control system of the changed state. The service control system connects a communication path between a transmitting terminal(10) and the receiving terminal. |
