PURPOSE: A remote control system of a two-way solar LED street lamp having a broadcasting function is provided to improve the efficiency of management and operation by monitoring or remote-controlling a solar LED street lamp in two ways. CONSTITUTION: A WCDMA modem(101) receives broadcasting signals transmitted from a control system. A USN G/W(102) bilaterally transmits and receives data with a USN module. An interface part(103) between the USN and the modem transmits the broadcasting signals receiving from the WCDMA modem to the USN G/W. An USN module and network interface part(104) receives the broadcasting signals receiving from the USN G/W through a wireless USN mesh network. A voice controller(105) converts the broadcasting signals receiving from the USN module and the network interface part to voice signals.
