A battery pack is provided to inhibit an electrolyte discharged from a bare cell from being flowed into a protective circuit module, and thus prevent an electrical short circuit of the protective circuit module caused by a leaked electrolyte. A battery pack includes: many bare cells(210) of which the tops and the bottoms have different polarities; a protective circuit module(220) which is electrically connected to the bare cell; and a case(230) which accommodates the bare cell and the protective circuit module and comprises an upper case(232) and a lower case(234), wherein a barrier(234a) is formed on any one case to separate a protective circuit module space(S2) from a bare cell space(S1). An elastic sealing member(240) is formed between the barrier and the inner surface of the case. |
