PURPOSE: Nutrient-enriched rice is provided to relieve nutritional imbalance of single cereals such as rice by containing Spirulina as a composition component. CONSTITUTION: Nutrient-enriched rice contains Spirulina or at least one of Spirulina-originated active ingredient as a composition component. The nutrient-enriched rice further contains food dyes as additional components. The composition of the Spirulina or the Spirulina-originated active ingredient is any one selected from the following: a natural material as collected from nature and a crushed material thereof; extract of the natural material; infusion of the natural material extract; condensed products obtained by condensing a part or all the infusion; infusions, decoction, essence, fluid extracts manufactured by drying the condensed products; chemical substances which provide the active ingredient contained in the natural material; and materials obtained by additionally adding physical or chemical treatment processes in order to maximize stability and efficiency of the natural material abstract.
