PURPOSE: A reactor is provided to deliver enough oxygen to a medium, to obtain bacteria or a product with a high yield, and to improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A reactor comprises an upper portion member(10) with a blade(11) and a lower portion member(20). The upper portion member is fixed with two cyclic rings(12,12') by the blade. The cyclic rings have ribs(13,13') of a cross shape. Impeller shaft insertion holes(14,14') are formed in the cyclic rings. The lower portion member is formed in a cylindrical body. The blade is fixed between two cyclic rings in an angle of 5-45 degrees.
