PURPOSE: An automatic chlorine fixed quantity injection device is provided to inject accurate chlorine by operating the precise algorithmic system corresponded to the changes of temperature, humidity, and flux, while the measurement of flux obtained from the high precision flux sensor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic chlorine fixed quantity injection device comprises the well apparatus(10), water supplying pipe(20), water tank(30), temperature and humidity detecting means(100), flux detecting means(200), chlorine solution providing means(300), automatic balancing valve(400), and control means(500). The temperature and humidity detecting means is installed near the area of the well apparatus, and senses the temperature and humidity of atmosphere to print the electric signal corresponded to the detection. The flux detecting means is inserted with the propeller(210) rotating according to the flow of the raw water and connected to the rotating axis to measure the flux through the water supplying pipe where flux sensor(220) is attached to the entrance of the water supplying pipe. The chlorine solution supplying means supplies chlorine solution to the water tank by parallel connected with the chlorine solution storing chamber(310), motor-operated valve(330), and fixed quantity adjusting valve(340). The automatic controlling valve controls flow rate of the chlorine solution ejected from the chlorine solution supplying means automatically. The control means controls the automatic controlling valve according to the measured flow rate by the flux detecting means, and the temperature and humidity data of atmosphere measured from the temperature and humidity detecting means. |
