PURPOSE: A photovoltaic cell is provided to minimize the loss of sunlight by increasing the intensity of radiation to a photovoltaic layer. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell includes a photovoltaic conversion layer(110), a wavelength conversion layer(120), a first electrode, and a second electrode. The photovoltaic conversion layer has a first side and a second side which are faced with each other, and includes a p-type dopant area and an n-type dopant area. The wavelength conversion layer is arranged on the first side of the photovoltaic conversion layer and converts an incident component having a first wavelength to penetrating component having a second wavelength. The first electrode is interposed between the photovoltaic conversion layer and the wavelength conversion layer. |
