PURPOSE: A vibration response and phase control system is provided to minimize vibration transmitted to a residential area by generating optimal inverse vibration corresponding to an existing vibration source. CONSTITUTION: A frequency of an existing vibration source is analyzed. The size of vibration response is determined(S10). A pulse signal of the existing vibration source is set up as a stimulus signal. An acceleration signal of a residential area is set up as a response signal. An SR function is valued(S30). The phase of the inverse vibration is determined through the SR function(S50).
