PURPOSE: A composition for inducing dendritic cell maturation and a pharmaceutical composition containing dendritic cells for cancer therapy are provided to activate cytotoxic T cells or helper T cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing dendritic cell maturation contains a recombinant protein as an active ingredient, containing human body-derived CA9(carbonic anhydrase IX) protein and Acinetobacter baumannii coat protein A. The recombinant protein contains amino acids of sequence number 1 and 2, which are fused. A pharmaceutical composition for cancer therapy contains mature dendritic cells. The mature cells express CD40, CD80, CD86, MHC class I, and MHC class II. The cancer is renal cell carcinoma. |
