PURPOSE: An apparatus for moving a saddle up and down is provided to simultaneously strengthen lower body muscles and help in losing belly fat in the lower abdomen of a user by arousing an interest in exercise for the user. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for moving a saddle up and down includes a disk(100) which is clamped to a shaft to which torque is delivered and is formed along a first outer circumferential surface with a high position part having a first height, based on the shaft, and a low position part having a third height connected by a slope region; a guide roller(200) which is installed to touch the first outer circumferential surface of the disk, moves up and down, and rotates by engaging a second outer circumferential surface with the high position part, the slope region, and the low position part according to the rotation of the disk; and a control part(300) which is connected by a clamping shaft clamping the guide roller and is equipped with a mobile rod, built in a cylinder for moving a saddle(400) up and down by engaging the same with the guide roller and controlling the rotational friction caused by contact between the second outer circumferential surface of the guide roller and the first outer circumferential surface of the disk.
