PURPOSE: A multi control system using a smart phone is provided to perform an image control function related to image monitoring. CONSTITUTION: A camera IP(Internet Protocol) address is designated to a plurality of network camera devices(100). The network camera devices convert a photographed original video into a compressed video. A smart phone(200) is connected with the network camera device through the network. The smart phone executes a video monitoring program for smart phone. The smart phone outputs the compressed video transmitted from the network camera devices in a user approval process.
