#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a case containing a single mechanism in parts formed of cylindrical handle (1) and curved neck (2) causing distribution, presentation and setting of clips. Levers (7, 7a) are accessible from outside of the case. A removable, interchangeable hopper contains the clips. The mechanism is actuated to initially cause the setting of the clip by bringing the levers together, fast D-spacing of the levers in time, releasing the clip and allowing shrinking of crimper. An internal mechanism automatically positions the clips successively one after another inside the mechanism. #CMT# : #/CMT# The actuation of the single mechanism is obtained by action of single finger and a single hand of the operator or by similar action of remote control. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device i.e. crimper, for forming surgical suture and micro-anastomosis of blood vessels of patient during cardiovascular surgery, coronary bypass surgery and digestive surgery or thoracic surgery. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device enables bringing tissues to be sutured close to each other and reliably maintaining the tissues to provide better accuracy, better security, quasi complete elimination of thromboses in anastomoses and high executing speed. The device allows the person to form the surgical sutures within few hours. The clips are positioned in a rapid and easy manner to reduce operation time, risks for patients and costs of surgical units. The crimper meets needs for having a precise, reliable, practical and rapid instrument, and is adaptable to various work situations, and can be handled easily with a single hand.
